कट-ऑफ़ क्या है? (Understanding Cut-Off)
बैंकिंग परीक्षाओं में सामान्यतः दो प्रकार के कट-ऑफ़ होते हैं:
- Sectional Cut Off: आपको English, Quant, और Reasoning हर विषय में न्यूनतम अंक (minimum passing marks) प्राप्त करने होते हैं। (SBI PO/Clerk में Sectional Cutoff नहीं होता है!)
- Overall Cut Off: विषय-वार पास होने के बाद, आपका कुल स्कोर (Total Score) भर्ती के लिए जारी overall cut-off से ज़्यादा होना चाहिए।

State Bank of India Probationary Officer में कोई sectional cutoff नहीं है।
